Lương Ngọc Linh hiện là họa sĩ minh họa và tác giả tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Tốt nghiệp ngành Thiết kế và Minh họa Tiếp diễn tại Đại học Brighton với Học bổng Chính phủ Anh Chevening, Ngọc Linh phát triển các dự án nghệ thuật xoay quanh văn hóa Việt Nam và Nghệ thuật Bao hàm, đồng thời sáng lập dự án “Ear to Eye”, hỗ trợ người khiếm thị thưởng thức trực tiếp các buổi biểu diễn nghệ thuật, hiện thực hóa lý tưởng nghệ thuật dành cho tất cả mọi người.

The journey of illustrator Luong Ngoc Linh from Chevening Scholar to Winner of the Study UK Alumni Awards 2026 - Culture, Creativity and Sport Award category
Luong Ngoc Linh is currently an illustrator and author based in Ho Chi Minh City. He graduated in Sequential Design and Illustration from the University of Brighton as a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, funded by the UK Government.
Upon returning to Viet Nam, Ngoc Linh has developed artistic projects centred on Vietnamese culture and Inclusive Art. He also founded the “Ear to Eye” initiative, which enables visually impaired audiences to directly experience live artistic performances, bringing to life his vision of art for everyone.
