Practice inclusive art

with people

with visual impairment

Since 2022, I have developed accessible art practices for visually impaired audiences. This work has evolved through two related approaches: integrating access into existing art practices, and developing creative processes in which visually impaired participants are involved from the beginning.

My practice has developed through Ear to Eye, which supports visually impaired audiences to experience theatre through tactile models, touch tours, and audio description, and Radiance in the Darkness, a performance project with visually impaired participants.

Two participants with visual impairment are sitting on a wooden floor, holding hands and smiling at each other.
